SCP-10 module rial automation in AC and DC circuits with
a specified direction of current flow. It facilitates the
detection of failures such as: fuse blowing, failure of
heaters, disconnection of one of the phases feeding the
engine, etc. The application of the sensor of magnetic field
in the semi-conductor module provides for the complete
electrolytic separation of the measuring circuit from the
output system (signaling). The built-in security of the
signaling output protects the system against damage due
to e.g. contact of clamps.
SCP-10 module has been made of components with
extended range of operating temperatures.

SMC-200 controller is designed for operating FBWC and WDR systems,

however it can be also applied in any operating

systems. The special quality of the device is the "STANDBY"

mode, in which all analogue measurements are periodically

taken while power consumption remains very low.

 

SMC-200 controller has been made of components with extended range

of operating temperatures.

The driver comprises:

- 16 digital inputs secured against overvoltage,

- 16 digital outputs of open collector type secured against

exceeding the permissible current,

- 2 inputs of temperature sensors of Pt100 type,

- 1 semi-conductor input of temperature sensor,

- 2 current inputs,

- 2 voltage inputs,

- a voltage converter which increases voltage below 24V to the

level of 24V.

On the front panel the controller features two LEDs which

indicate the mode of operation and signal errors in the control

process.

operation cycle is defined by alternating activation of two

relays, the R1 and R2. The user defines the cycle start time,

its duration and relays' activation times (the time is defined

in 1-minute intervals).

Build in precision accelerometer allows to measure angles

(in two axes) in relation to earth with high accuracy. Unit is

equipped with software offset registers, which enable

setting of relative zero position. This feature eliminates

assembly errors, and allows user to measure difference

between independent positions. Inclinometer measures

angles in two orthogonal axes. Embedded temperature

sensor measures ambient temperature of accelerometer,

which allows to compensate its flow to angle measurement

accuracy. Additionally temperature can be read as third

measurement channel.

Due to its tight aluminum housing, unit has high resistance

to environmental conditions and mechanical damages.
